Activities for families, information about Natura 2000 zones and facility guiding.

On monday 5th of june, the local fishing association from Heinerscheid organizes a fishing competition including guiding around our facility of the mill in Kalborn. People can have a look at our breeding station of the endangered freshwater pearl mussel ("*Margaritifera margaritifera")* and the thick shelled river mussel *("Unio Crassus")*.

A guiding threw our water experience center - Center for aquatic environmental education is also possible. People can examine animals catched in the river Our using stereomicroscopes.
