Dear colleagues,

the Seminar is coming closer and we are looking forward to seeing you next week.

With more than 80 registered participants from 20 countries I'm sure that we have an interesting and diverse meeting.

Overall there will be 26 oral presentations and 22 poster presentation, the world premiere of the Swedish *Unio crassus* Project (www.ucforlife.se) movie and the visit of the rearing facility at the mill of Kalborn on Friday.
